Q: I don't have a credit card and would like to purchase items from your company. How do I go about ordering without using a credit card? DO YOU ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS?

YES! We accept money order payments by mail. Simply decide on the product you would like from our website, add in the cost for shipping ($1 USPS, $9 DHL 3-day service, $16 2nd Day Air, or $35 Next Day Air) and mail a money order for the total amount to:

Also include an index card/paper listing the product code for the item you would like, as well as your name, address, phone number and method of shipping you would like.

Q: What is rhodium plating?

A: Our rhodium plating serves to give each piece a very expensive look that is almost identical to platinum or white gold, but at a fraction of the cost. Also, rhodium plating is very effective in preventing the effects of oxidation, or tarnishing.

Q: If my transaction was declined, why does there seem to be a charge to my account?

A: If your transaction was not approved for any reason, your account may appear to have been debited even though it was not. This is due to the way the banking transaction occurs. When you order using a credit or debit account, the system checks for availability of funds. If the funds are available, the system will automatically reserve those funds to secure the order. At this point, the system will verify the remaining information, such as address verification, authorization, etc. If the transaction fails at any of these points, your bank will decline the withdrawal. However, since the account funds were reserved at the beginning of the transaction, it may take anywhere from 3-5 days,for your bank to record the declined transaction and your account will then reflect the availability of those funds. We at Hustlagrillz.com do not get credited for any order that is declined. The temporary appearance of a debit is simply a reflection of the time it takes your bank to recognize and record the cancelled purchase and release the pre-reserved funds. If this occurs, please check your account in a few days, maybe sooner, depending on your bank, and you will notice that those funds were never in fact withdrawn from your account.

Q: What quality are the cubic zirconia you use?

A: We only use AAA quality, which mean top quality cubic zirconia. There will be no better quality out there, which means they will not scratch, fade or crack, and also sparkle like genuine diamonds.

Q: When I decide to order, how soon will you ship my order?

A: We pride ourselves on our fast service. Our goal is to ship out same day if the order is received before our afternoon deadline. However, order processing can take up to 24 hours. Most packages ship out within 24 to 36 hours. Orders placed after business hours on Friday, will be processed first thing Monday morning.

 

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: We are open from 10am to 7pm Central Time Monday through Friday.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: If an error was made on our behalf, we will gladly do what is necessary to right our wrong. However, the Grillz have a standard “no returns” policy due to the nature of the product, i.e. mouth jewelry. Our policy of not accepting returns for grillz protects not only our company, but our customers as well. By not accepting returns, every customer is assured that the product they receive has not itself be returned, refurbished, restocked and then resold and passed off as brand new. When you receive your product, you can know with 100% certainty that you are the first and only owner of that product.

Q: I did not receive my package, what do I do?

A: If the mistake was made by us, we will work hard to take care of you and earn your repeat business. If the address provided was not correct, or delivery was attempted multiple times and your package gets returned to us, a re-shipping fee will be assessed in order to re-ship the package.
WHOLESALERS, if a COD package is refused, a $50 COD Refusal Fee will be billed to you as well as the COD charge and the shipping fees.

Q: I paid through Pay Pal, what should I do now?

A: Once you have completed/submitted your Pay Pal payment, you MUST return to your order on HustlaGrillz to finalize it, via the “Return to Merchant’s Page” button. If you do not return to the HustlaGrillz website after submitting payment, your order will not show up in our system and your order processing will be delayed. NOTE: You will NOT receive a confirmation from HustlaGrillz w/ order number if you do not return to our page after paying through Pay Pal. You will simply receive a confirmation/receipt from Pay Pal for your payment.

Q: I received my tracking number, but when I try to track my package, I keep getting a message "There is no record of that item. If it was mailed recently, information may not yet be available. Please try again later." Why do I keep getting this message?

A: Since all packages are dropped off in the back loading dock and not scanned in through the front of the post office, the delivery confirmation numbers do not validate when they are dropped off. Your delivery confirmation number will usually validate when the package arrives at your local post office and is ready to be delivered to you. When you get your tracking number, rest assured that your package has already been shipped out and be ready to receive your package within 2-7 business days!

Q: Will grillz work with braces?

A: It is not recommended that you use a grill with braces, due to the fact that the fitting/molding process may cause problems with brackets, etc.

 

Q: Are these grillz permanent?

A: NO. These are removable grillz that go in and out as a retainer would or a football mouth guard.

 

Q: Can I eat, drink, and sleep with my grillz in?

A: NO. These are for entertainment purposes and not practical use in any way shape or form.

 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We offer several different shipping options. Shipping with USPS takes approx. 5 - 7 days for delivery. Expedited shipping available: 3-day (Ground), 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.

 

Q: How do I clean my grillz?

A: Lukewarm water and a little soap. DO NOT run fingers hard over stones, or hold under hot warm. Focus cleaning on the silicone part the gets dirty from contact with teeth.

 

Q: How do I know the grillz will fit my teeth?

A: The silicone fixing bars allow for a one-size-fits-all product to have a custom fit. The product is universal, but the fit is custom for your teeth and you fit them yourself in Just 5 minutes!

 

Q: How do I mold the grillz?

A: Each of our Hustla Grillz comes with a set of color instructions but the condensed version is:

Bend the metal and the prongs to the shape of your teeth

Microwave a cup of water for 1.5 minutes

Use tweezers to dip grill, with silicone fixing bar set in back prongs, in cup of water until silicone is 95% clear

Take grillz out of water and immediately put onto teeth

HOLD IN PLACE w/out moving for 3 minutes

Remove grill and dip in cup of cold water to set the mold

 

Q: Can I re-mold the grill if I mess up the first time?

A: The silicone can be remolded 2 or 3 times before it starts to dissipate

 

Q: Will the grillz fit a young playa?

A: The grillz may be a little too big if you are a young boi or if you have smaller teeth, but many grill-wearers decide to use bottoms as tops
